• For Books: Books must not have any folded pages, markings, or spine damage.

• For Stationery: Stationery items must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase (order number) is required to process your return.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item at our store in Chunian, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.

• We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer\\\'s or payment provider\\\'s policies.

3. Shipping for Returns

• If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Al Qalam Book Centre will cover the return shipping costs.
